Both PreAMPed and ClipShifter have been updated to address minor issues. The current version of PreAMPed is now 1.0.2, and ClipShifter is 2.2.3.

The update to ClipShifter includes a fix for the presets that were incorrectly set to mono. For PreAMPed, the update addresses an issue occuring when using oversampling and pausing/restarting playback. Both plugins also include some other minor enhancements and fixes. A complete changelog for each of the plugins can be viewed on their respected webpages.

To view the changelog and download the updates, visit the PreAMPed page (http://lvcaudio.com/plugins/preamped/) and/or the ClipShifter page (http://lvcaudio.com/plugins/clipshifter/).

PreAMPed has received another minor update to fix a specific problem. The problem was noticed by a user this morning. The issue relates to processing silent or "near-silent" sections of audio. PreAMPed, especially when using noise and/or the extra saturation controls, can produce a low-level ringing sound. The sound is not noticeable when the incoming signal is above -20 dB; however, when PreAMPed is used after a noisy-style plugin (e.g., certain reverbs, flangers, etc.), the ringing is more noticeable.
The fix should eliminate this problem. The files have been uploaded to the webpage, so if you have already downloaded version 1.0.2, you are encouraged to re-download and install the new files (version 1.0.2b).

To download the update, visit the PreAMPed webpage (http://lvcaudio.com/plugins/preamped/).
