This is a relatively simple feature request fully consistent with the hardware Jupiter 8 feature set. Any word from Arturia?

Hi,
this is a good idea indeed.
Unfortunately there is no JP8V update planned for the moment.
But I will add this to the feature requests list and hopefully it will be implemented in the future.

Unfortunately no

We have more focused these updates on bugfixing rather than implementing new features.
However we will now try to update our synths on a more regular basis.
I have checked and the feature request is on the todo list.
