Is it possible to midi map the steps of the step sequencer of VDM?

Is there any way to reassign the midi note values for each pad?
If so, can it be done globally?
I have a bunch of old songs I have already written using the General MIDI Drum note standards and just want to call up those same sounds using Spark VDM (I own it). But for the life of me I can't find where the note assignments are, or how to change them.

Hi,
yes it is possible.
You can manually map the MIDI note on the pads (Cmd +click for mac or Ctrl + Click for Windows on the pad).
There is also a preferences to change all the pads to GM Drums (in the preferences panel).

I know this is much later, but thanks for the reply, I did see it last year.
There is one thing I can't find in the manual; if I make a custom MIDI note mapping, is that global or per kit selected?
I am updated to VDM 1.7.1.
I am considering taking advantage of the SparkLE + Spark 2.0 bundle deal you have going on right now. But I need to know if that's global or not; also would like to know if VDM is getting the same 2.0 interface update and/or will work with SparkLE.
