Trying to activate V Collection on Mac.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the latest version of e-licenser, exactly the same problem occurs.

When I try to do "maintenance" on eLicenser, it fails: https://copy.com/26DKIgJ9pcpyCmlB

(And Spark, which I have been using mostly, quits after a while, saying it has not been activated.)

Not very happy!

Kevin, I have been in touch with someome called Pierre-Antoine. I have sent all the screenshots he has asked. First, the "solution" I was given was a terminal code. Did not work. Second, a "manual repair permission" was "set for your Soft-eLicenser"- Then I should have selected menu Actions > Repair Soft-eLicenser, but guess what, that command is greyed out and I cannot choose it.

I am starting to loose my faith in your company which does not even know it's own e-Licenser system well enough.

Sad, because I really like Spark. And even more sad, I have paid for this.

I am very sorry you are encountering so much trouble with eLicenser.
We are doing our best to solve the problems but sometimes it is a bit more complicated and it needs the help of Steinberg (the company who is developing eLicenser technology).

Please send me your support ticket number, I will try to see if I can do something.
