can't register analog lab

bought analog lab second hand from a KVRer and got the serial number. when I go to register, i keep getting a message that says the serial number is invalid. I was in a group thread with the seller and someone from Arturia so I know the serial number is correct.

asked the arturia guy what I should do, and his response was that i should go to my account and register the synth. maybe he misunderstood me?


any ideas on what I should do from here? thanks.

Can you send a mail to registration-inquiry@arturia.com (mailto:registration-inquiry@arturia.com) with a readable picture of your serial number (the one placed underneath your unit) please?

(make sure the enclosed file doesn't weigh more than 1 Mo)

thanks so much for your reply. Jerome took care of registering the synth for me. I am going to go on record and say that Arturias support is nothing like the horror stories that I have heard. While there was a misunderstanding at first and a glitch in the registration software, everyone at Arturia was pleasant and professional and the whole problem only took a couple of days to remedy. Thanks again.
