I sold my V Collection to a buyer here on KVR and my emails to support go unanswered for days, and when they are answered the questions I asked are not even answered properly.

(Case 174767) license transfer

Any help from Arturia in getting this resolved ASAP is greatly appreciated.

This Is not an excuse, but August is a notoriously slow month in Europe as many companies shut down, or slow down significantly, for an entire month. Somewhat more humane than the piddly 2 weeks most North Americans get...
