Hi,
in Bitwig 1.1.2 Matrix 12 is only recognized as 32-bit or is this just a naming problem?
Matrix 12 VST 64bit?

Probably the 64-bit dll isn't where Bitwig look for it.

Had to rescan and rebuild the plug-ins several times and it is ok now.

Weird, I was having the same issue...it seemed to show up after closing and opening Bitwig a few times after deleting and re-adding my 64-bit folder.
