Cant activate Spark

Hi, I cant get spark to activate on my machine, however in the service centre it says it is activated.

I have reloaded and reactivated but still no luck

any ideas

Open up a service ticket.

I had the same problem, they sen't me a new download, I installed it, good to go now.
