some questions about solo strings

hi!
i am tempted by the solo strings 1 group buy...
however i have a couple of questions:

currently i am very accustomed to garritan orchestra. i like a lot using the modwheel to control the volume and velocity to control the attack. and i find it a very convenient solution.

do the patches in solo strings 1 use the modwheel to control just expression, without virato? is this control consisten in each patch?

what about velocity? is this assigned to the standard volume control?

are there other controllers available to modify the sound?


i have a 61 notes keyboard... will i be able to access the keyswitches or are they assigned to 2-3 octaves below the lowest note of the instrument?? this would be very annoying since i would have to transpose the whole keyboard or act on the DAW each time i want to switch a program...

is it possible to have a demo for the solo strings1 ??
