This is probably a waste of technical space but I wanted to thank Kirk Hunter Studios (KHS) for recent attention on a support issue.

Every time I have needed help in the past five years (and admittedly there have only been a handful of occasions) Kirk and company have been very responsive. I feel like every purchase with KHS is money well spent - not only because of the outstanding content, but also because I believe there are folks behind the product that care... about me.

It seems to me that KHS is always looking out for customers, looking for ways to economically move them into the future with current product paths. And my initial attraction, which is still there today, was that KHS offered outstanding product at totally reasonable prices.

I own products from many music production providers and while I love them all (mostly) there are very few about which I can say what I wrote above.
