Since the release of Pro Tools 12.3/4/5, Pro Tools will crash during any offline process of a KH Kontakt track, including Offline Bounce, Freeze, or Commit. I want to be as clear as I can. The crash happens if one of these KH tracks is in the session, whether that is the particular track you're trying to process or not. Any other instrument, doesn't matter. Having the KH Kontakt instrument track in the session voids all offline processing and results in a crash.
I'm putting it to Avid, but I'm wondering if someone has a theory to the issue. It doesn't happen with Kontakt factory libraries - only KH libraries.

It's likely a problem with handling large scripted libraries. Let me know if you hear from Avid.
