Modern Bass Fret Noise

Hi all,
So, I was over at my buddies yesterday and he was showing off some of his VSTi's for Bass. He is adding a bassline to a song I am working on.
He played Trilian, Ilya Efimov's Modern Bass, and Scarbee JayBass....
I must admit...I think the Modern Bass would be my Number 1 choice!
Easter is coming soon and I think the Easter Bunny is going to have to leave it in my Easter basket! Lol
One question though that we couldn't figure out. We tried to take out the Fret Noise using the options. We turned off the fret noise and lowered all the fret noise volume but we are still getting some crazy noise and fret "DOOIING" and "Buzzing" on certain notes. Especially the A# on the E string.
I am going back over Friday. Any idea on how to get rid of ALL the fret noise?
