Simple tuned sequence in Cream

Hi folks,

I wanted to use Cream for triggering a 32 steps note sequence without using an arpeggiator function; simply by pressing one note on the keyboard. In the end I achieved this by adjusting the notes for each step using the transpose window. But this is a bit tedious to do because the columns are not very high on the screen and it's not so easy to drag it with the mouse to the apropriate position.
Is there an easier way to build a simple note sequence? I know, I could do it in the piano roll of my DAW but it would be nice to store a Cream preset for the sequence so that I can use it whenever I need it.
