How can I reproduce the issue?

Just change some presets in chord memory, the correct notes will not show on the onscreen keyboard until it is clicked (or the basenote selector is clicked).
Also, how do I just play chords using 1 key on my keyboard, without running an arpeggio?

The bug is fixed now and new version uploaded.
From the manual:
Track selection control (1,2,3,4): Selects key areas for editing. When right clicking the control
user can select to copy or paste all the Key area controls or toggle ‘Send only CC’ setting and
‘Trigger CM’.
Trigger CM (trigger Chord Memory)
When ‘Trigger CM’ is enabled chords can be played by using keyboard keys. The first CM slot can
be played using the first key from Track Key Area. Second note triggers the second CM slot etc..
If this feature is enabled but there is no keys enabled in corresponding CM slot no notes are played.
