+1 Sergio. The pan is acting as a wet / dry send instead of a left / right pan.

Now you guys have got me confused. I did a quick test with all F/X off and it works in Orion.
http://youtu.be/lYR1KENmTqc (no sound with VLC stream recorder !) but this is a moot (mute) point now as I am redesigning the entire F/X section.
Currently each output goes directly into it's own Mixer channel with insert F/X and is only panned at the end of the chain. That should do it.

Hello Kirsty,
thank you for the video,i just did a test in savihost and the stereo pan works great (as orion),so the problem is related to Fl Studio.

Kirstie could you make a single stereo output in synthedit so we don't have to make this routings in fl studio ?

Thanks Sergio

It's strange how different hosts choose to process the audio stream.
I've still got a bit of coding to do on the new mixer section and then I will post an update with the stereo outputs set up for Fl studio in a day or so. Thanks for all your help.

Kirsty :)

Hi Guys

Here's Version 0.51

I hope the new stereo output fix is OK for Fl studio.

I can't seem to set up a stereo patch to test both level sliders, but pan is working at least using one level / output. The addition of knob value display is good too. The included presets seem to be low in volume even after increasing the output volume. But it is going in the right direction. I look forward to the wav feature soon too :)

A vast improvement. Thank you. :)

Any chance of making the GUI a little bigger for old peoples eyes ? :hihi:

Post

I made a mistake. A big mistake. I got carried away with KVR fever.

I kept adding more and more functionality to my Synthesizer and realize now that I have moved away from the basic
premise, that I set out to make a modular VSTi too bring back the fun I used to have with my old and much missed Korg MS
series synthesizers.
So I am going to cut out the Editor page (I will make a stand alone App for that later) and most of the Effects/Mixer page.

What I am going to concentrate on now is...
1. Make a larger GUI to the maximum scale of my 1366x768 Laptop display while still fitting within my plugin host.
2. Add more virtual 'rack' slots as Sergio requested a while back.
3. Improve the sequencer.
4. Optimize the existing modules and then add some more.

I'm sorry if this might be a bit of a let down to some of you, but I just want to make the best Modular Synthesizer I can
without any gimmicks or useless junk.
Thank you all for your support so far.

Kirsty
