I'm using Jeff McClintock's SynthEdit.

First of all a link to my recent problem I got with the ModWheel/ PitchWheel - prefab in SynthEdit:

On second: I wanted to make an effect-VST-PlugIn for transforming MIDI-data for micro-tuning, in the way, that you can use it as a send-effect for all other VST-i's. It should not make any sound, should rather convert all the MIDI-In messages from an external keyboard to make every synth (or also sample-based Vst-i) which is loaded downstream of it in DAW to play micro-tunes , especially twelfth (1/12) tones. That would be one key of the keyboard divided by 6. I read something about managing this with SysEx-manipulation in SynthEdit, but have no clue how this works in SynthEdit.

On third: Beyond this i would like to construct also an 'Audio - to - MIDI' effect, which allows you to i.e. plug the guitar in and convert every note you play to MIDI-messages for controlling also VST-i's , preferably aswell with an option for micro-tuning. Should be possible to build this, as I somewhere read about 'AudioIn-to-MIDI transformation' yet, but I can't remeber where it was. Got someone time to explain this issue to me?

There is an audio to midi se1 on the Yahoo se group, look for mv guitar synth. I'm not a keyboard player, and am on an IPad at the moment so I can't look at the prefab.

Do you have some advices for the other two questions aswell perhaps? (Modwheel-prefab, that sends midi messages inside SE instead of voltages // Midi -tool as a send effect with sysex for mico-tuning any synth that is in the PlugIn-chain afterwards/ downstream, like a kind of 'harmonizer')

To turn something into midi, look into the DH modules, there's one that does cv to cc. Not sure what se does with sysex.
