Blocks 1.2 - where exactly do you find it?

The description for 1.2 is the same for 1.1 though, as is the date. And being not in service center, is this meant to be released? And is it actually a different thing from 1.1?

I've downloaded and installed it. Deleted the old library I can't see any differences - the documentation says 1.1 still

Note that the download for Blocks 1.2 on that page says "08.06.2016" for the date – how futuristic!

I installed it and there were some new blocks as announced.
