I just bought the waveshaper and the frequency shifter, awesome modules.

Solo rack need more love, the quality is so high compared to other modular soft.

There are basically no audio demos on the website to show whether this is so

Why don't you download the demo and check that yourself?

There is no reason for me to do so. If the sound was really awesome, there would be audio demos showing it off.

What I like about Solorack is the audio rate modulation, they are really good, the low CPU usage, even with 8x oversampling, the stability...
Try to modulate, at audio rate, a pwm or a delay, a chorus, a frequency shifter...
The modules have no latencies, perhaps a little if you chain a lot of them in serie, but compare to vcv it's an other story.
The presets are not my favorite part of the soft.

The architecture is kind of open, with 8 in/out, you can build an audio fx in solorack, use it in a daw vst mixer slot, insert a vst fx of your choice, send the output to another solorack, send some gate or lfo from your daw or from a plug, use it like CV.....a lot of things can be done.
Since the last version, third parties developers can make some modules for it. I hope some developers will take the time for this project because the basement is solid.

Your option  I, OTOH, trust my ears and my judgement way more than any video on the Internet.

You are making an incorrect assumption that I don't trust my own ears and judgement more than what I hear online. Audio demos are not what makes me buy it, they are there to catch my attention enough to bother downloading a demo at all. I have enough synthesis to last the rest of my life... no reason for me to chase stuff that makes no effort to speak to me.

How do I know what the list of modules in the System B? I liked the sound and possibilities, but I do not understand what modules I buy. I do not know whether this is enough.

Hi student9v.

There are several ways you can know.

1. In our shop. You can click on the "System B" image/picture here and it will show you each module thats included in the System B at a glance. (You can enlarge the image by the way, click on the top-right icon)

2. In SoloRack itself. When you browse the modules menu, a red cross will be shown near the modules that are NOT in the System B. As shown below. If you buy one of those modules, the red cross goes away off that module.

3. In our shop. Modules that are in the System B can NOT be added to the cart. They are not sold separately.

I hope this helps :)

Thank you, Ammar.

Do you plan to make a simple sampler for percussion samples?

Haven't planned it yet. Do you have something specific in mind?

I'm using Tassman. It has a simple sampler - for example, vintage drum machines.
