VCV rack master clock

VCV rack needs a stable hig res master clock .
Like in the nord modular .
Example .master clock runs at 96 ppqn ,a clock divider set to either 32 or 16 = we can do triplet stuff
Clock divider set 6 , 12 , 24 or 48 we can have eight notes ,quarter notes , 16 notes etc ..

I can't seem to find a page on githhub for suggestions , so post it here
