Hello,
I bought the Slingerland Kit yesterday. It is my first Drumdrops product. I loaded the full kit into
Kontakt 5.4.2.245
I entered the authorization code. I saved. I then closed. Now every time I load this kit it automatically says
"Demo Time out" "Activate".
I click on activate and the Kontakt service center opens. There is no way to activate this product at the Kontakt service center that I can see..
How can I get this drum library working?
I tested in PT 12HD Native and Studio ONEv2 Pro. The same issue in both DAWS.
Mac OSX 10.9.5

Hi there
Sorry for the late reply. Do you have the full version of Kontakt 5 rather than the player ? Our kits currently only work with the full version of Kontakt 5.(as stated on the minimum spec page). So you need to have this installed.
