no idea how to manage livecut with ableton

hi there guys, new guy from italy in your board.

i'm a totally newbie with this livecut, heard it during a chat with some friends of mine.
well, i got a mac os X system and ableton live 5..so i've just downloaded tha mac files for livecut but ableton seems to not recognize it..why? any suggestion?
