Any chance for Smex LINUX VST?

Question: would it be possible to port some of the Smartelectronix Vst effect plugins to Linux (to use with eXT2: http://www.linux-vst.com/ ) ?

Personally, I vote for these gui-less (except the EQ) plugins first, which are in my opinion the foundation for a good sound:

MDSP
MS suite: http://mdsp.smartelectronix.com/mstools/
Classic Compressor - gui-less sidechain version: http://mdsp.smartelectronix.com/plugins ... ssorSC.zip

MAGNUS
MJ multiband compressor;
MJ compressor;
MJ rotodelay;
Ambience (gui-less)
Nyquist EQ: http://magnus.smartelectronix.com/

All of the others (plugins with neat graphics etc.) would be of course welcome, in time, but I say again: these gui-less plugins (and the EQ) provide the fundation for a good sound (they DO sound good) and should be converted first.

Please, Smartelectronix!

Thank you.

Add Ambience (it has also a gui-less version) and that's a studio.

for sure I would, as soon as I learn how to compile (been trying with jorgens synths :? )

on linux-vst.com there's now a link to a site with ported plugins, they already ported some of the DestroyFX plugs for linux

Now we have many good audio production software on GNU/Linux.
We have good DAWs (including commercial): Bitwig Studio, Renoise, Ardour 3 (big progress since Ardour 2) and others.
Good commercial plugins starting to appear for this platform. I'm not talking about open source ones that already existed.

Really want to see s(M)exoscope for Linux (VST? DSSI? LV2?) and maybe some other good stuff.
Is this work (porting some Smart Electronix plugins to Linux) planned in future?
Thanks for attention.
