Supaphaser problems

hi everyone,

since a while i'm using supaphaser on a mac in cubase sx3.

i experienced two annoying things:

1.
the supaphaser settings are not saved with the cubase project.
only the preset is saved, but not the dry/wet ratio for example

2.
sometimes the supaphaser just stops working and mutes the channel in which it is inserted. everything works again after i turn supaphaser off and back on again.

are these known issues?
