I'm a new AGM user. While playing live, notes occasionally fail to sound when depressing the key. A loud crackle is heard, followed by nearly a second of silence, then the note finally sounds. This happens in standard mode, keyboard mode, and solo mode. Also, I get stuck notes, sometimes. I use Cubase 8.5 and Windows 10.

Could you list your system details? CPU, RAM and Hard Driver.

i check the sound of AGM to to buy it or AGT/ .AND I HAVE fpr one week the demo. and the cubase isn"t find the sound' the qestion is if it because the demo version or because i dont now how use the sound with cubase? i tried also thru kontakt to add to the librery'... thanks.

Our products are plugins, you need to find Ample Guitar in Cubase plugin list and insert them.
