Hi, I have given my license to another person for Ample Metal AME. This person does not have an account with Ample Sound. I sent an e-mail to you guys with details concerning the transfer request, but I received an e-mail stating that I need to make an account for the new user at this link: http://www.amplesound.net/en/purchase.asp

It seems like I'm being asked to buy a new license for the new user. I can't proceed without selecting a product to purchase. Upon trying so, I receive a page stating: "System Information.....Existing customers please login to MyAmpleSound before buy, New customers can not buy the Extension library only."

How can I proceed without having to buy a new license and get this person their AME? Buying a new license is out of the question here......

Update: It appears that this is being taken care of. :) Great support from Ample Sound, responded almost immediately.
