Disabling sync for the arp?

Hey there guys, I'm trying to do some cool chiptunes sounds and need the ability to select exact speed of the arp. In Sylenth, I can simply uncheck the Sync button and the arp time becomes variable in Hz.

Is it possible to do the same in Spire? I can't seem to find it.

I am afraid it's not possible with the Arp.
A bit weird though as it is possible with the LFOs, Step Sequencers, Delay...
