Is the only difference between Wavegenerator for ipad and Wavegenerator for vst that i can have multiple vst instances at the same time or are there functional differences also?

Currently, there are the following main differences:

the Arptor in the PlugIn has greatly expanded capabilities compared to the app, including host sync modes
the app's 3D view is missing from the PlugIn; please keep in mind that this is no functional difference
as a minor difference, a bank in the PlugIn holds 128 programs instead of 100 in the app.

Please note that this is subject to change and only reflects the current state.

Vst has a versatile Ringmodulator with routable intensity control, as well.
