The finishing line for this set seems pretty close now, if my inspiration doesn't suddenly leave me or ISIS kidnaps me, this set should be released some time next week, any fencesitters should get off their fences soon, if they want to save some cash.

I updated the specs on page 1 of this thread, all patches are done, now I have to go through them all again for some further finetuning, finish the PDF/patchlist and then release it, so it's going to take only a few more days.

Will the 1GB+ of samples be in a format usable in other synths such as Harmor? This will affect my decision pretty heavily.

Edit: Whoops, did more reading. So they'd have to be exported but they can be used?

Yes, as stated in the specs, you save them in Diversion's sample editor to your library and can use them elsewhere as long as you respect the licence agreement.

Licence agreement and terms of usage
This license agreement is between you (the licensee) and me (Simon Stockhausen).  
1.) The licensee must not distribute the patches from Diversity 2, resample them, copy or otherwise replicate the patches and samples from this soundset in any commercial, free or otherwise product. That includes sample and audio libraries and patches for samplers and sample based synthesizers. You can of course create such derivates for your own musical work as long as these derivates are only distributed in the context of musical work or sound design.
2.) The license to the soundset Diversity 2 may not be given away or sold (NFR).
