Checking out the beta right now, and am enjoying it so far. Once I brought up the UI, the first thing I thought of would be how cool it would be to be able to play with the X-Y parameters in real-time. The Novation ReMOTE 25 has got a touchpad. The Korg microKONTROL has a joystick. But I've already got 2 keyboards.

Has anyone tried the Korg KP-2 Kaoss pad with Zebra? I'm curious how the KP-2 transmits MIDI from the pad, and whether Zebra can take it and use it to manipulate the X-Y boxes.

Ideally I'd like a just a touchpad MIDI controller. Does anyone know of one that supports OS X?

Hiya,

all XYs and parameters can be controlled via Midi Control Changes.

Anything that sends these can be used to remotely control the XYs in realtime.

Well, currently you have to assign MidiCCs via MidiLearn on the X1, X2...Y4 knobs on the XY-assign page. I'm gonna make that more comfortable by a little contextual menu in the final version.

Cheers,

;) Urs
