Very wise! No... I mean *do* get too into it, but expect things to change a little over the next few weeks.aMUSEd wrote:things might change so not getting too into it yet

Oh yeah I am definitely into it - 24 now:

but I also know things might change so these are not polished yet - just testing things out

Same here. I'll post my first "raw" presets in the late evening. I just found that with a proper EQ (Stillwell Vibe-EQ here) Diva sounds even fatter...aMUSEd wrote:Oh yeah I am definitely into it - 24 now:

This is a template for those who want strict tuning across all voices. I've set all of the VCO detune timmers, max detune and drift to zero.

Sure, I probably did those ones when I was still figuring stuff out.3ee wrote:Mogular, shouldn't the Sallen key structure filter be set to the 2nd revision in your MS20 template patch? That goes for the HPF also.
Just asking cause I thought that the 1st revision is for the MS10 sim.
Cool patches btw, I guess that mono mode is causing way more note hangers atm.

AFAIK both those revisions apply to MS20 i.e. Rev1 doesn't mean MS10 (or at least not only MS10 - did it even have a HPF?)3ee wrote:Mogular, shouldn't the Sallen key structure filter be set to the 2nd revision in your MS20 template patch? Hi,
i just finished my first 15 presets for Diva, mostly based on the Jupiter 8 modules. The presets incude 1 preset reprogrammed from my Moog Slim Phatty,
10 Synth Brass patches based on the Jupiter 8 and 4 Synth Strings presets (original factory sounds) based on the Jupiter 8. Most of them include Modwheel, Aftertouch or both modulations.
link:
https://rapidshare.com/files/1911341607 ... 1.2011.zip
Installation:
Please copy the folder "IngoWeidnerDivaPresets" to ...\Diva.data\Presets\Diva
Some of the presets contain a Reverb FX which could be switched of for a "raw" sound. I saved te presets with "fast" quality as i got problems with higher settings, at least for the polyphonic sounds and especially the Synth Strings.
You could add a little more "fatness" with an EQ. I have tried it with a Stillwell Vibe-EQ at the Low Shelf (60 Hz) and the Low Mid shelf (240 Hz).
Those presets could maybe be improved in the future but i tried to do them a good as possible. Some of them were checked with comparable audio demos of the real thing (see link below). I'll work on more Jupiter 8 and Slim Phatty presets for Diva.

real Jupiter 8 audio demos and patch sheets are available here:

Turns out that the MS10 didn't have a HPF ..sorryHoward wrote:AFAIK both those revisions apply to MS20 i.e. Rev1 doesn't mean MS10 (or at least not only MS10 - did it even have a HPF?)3ee wrote:Mogular, shouldn't the Sallen key structure filter be set to the 2nd revision in your MS20 template patch? I have copied the patches to the correct folder as displayed above, but they will not load in Diva. When i open a patch i can see them all in the folder but they are all 'greyed out' as if its the wrong file name or something. All the presets are .h2p
