No it's 3890 on Amazona

no it isn't, it says rev 389, wich could be the cause for that misunderstanding, but the installer and also the installed plugin has rev number 3898

Unfortunately that is a typo on the Amazona site. It should read 3898 in the headline and links.
The downloaded version is revision 3898.
