Hi, I'm a new Diva user, so forgive me if I'm breaching any forum protocol. I'm experiencing some problems using Diva with Pro Tools 10.3.8 HD in OS X 10.8.5. I couldn't find this particular problem talked about on the forum:
Diva works as normal upon first open in an instrument track, loading patches etc, is all fine. But after recording or any sort of playback, something goes wrong. Diva looks to be receiving MIDI bu the audio only makes a clicking sound instead of the selected patch sound. I have to switch patches for the synth to begin working as normal again. Every subsequent playback/record causes this problem to occur.
Other soft synth plugins work fine. Help would be greatly appreciated.
Diva AAX glitch?

That sounds much like an accidental MIDI Learn.

On Mac, the midiassign file is here:
MacHD/Users/You/Library/Application Support/u-he/com.u-he.Diva.midiassign.txt
To make your Library in your homefolder visible, check this out:

Please let me know if this does the trick, otherwise send an offending preset (or even a project) to support at u-he dot com and we'll look into it.
Thanks,
- Urs
