Hi,
is multicore in DIVA enabled? Does it make a difference having it on or off regarding crackles and performance on your machine? Yes, the crashes do also appear in the latest Live 9.1.3 beta, on some machines / systems sooner on other systems - not at all. We're currently working on a fix. Until then, please use old revisions. If you need a link to old revisions, let me know. We're very sorry for the inconvenience!
Cheers,
Michael

Hey,AleksPal wrote:how soon can we expect ZebraHZ working with Pro Tools?!
if you own ZebraHZ, you'll find a download for the AAX version (beta) when you log into your account at U-HE.

Thanks Michael, but on U-he site it is still written: "Note: The included ZebraHZ does not work with Pro Tools and it doesn't work on Macs with PowerPC CPU"u-he-michael wrote:Hey,AleksPal wrote:how soon can we expect ZebraHZ working with Pro Tools?!

Oh, where did you read this? Actually, The Dark Zebra 2.7 Beta offers AAX for Pro Tools. If you purchased The Dark Zebra, you can download this beta version from your U-HE account. However, PowerPC is not supported - only Intel. We'll update the system requirements / availablility on our website asap. Thanks!AleksPal wrote:Thanks Michael, but on U-he site it is still written: "Note: The included ZebraHZ does not work with Pro Tools and it doesn't work on Macs with PowerPC CPU"

Officially, there's no reliable support for Pro Tools / AAX yet. The AAX version available for download from your support account is an experimental (and by now outdated) beta version, definitely not a stable public release. That's why it's only added as an extra sub-folder to the stable v2.6 Dark Zebra download, but not as an individual download.
Unofficially, if you feel like experimenting, you can try the AAX beta if you wish. But if you install and use it, it's likely that you'll experience crashes and strange bugs because the release can not be considered stable yet. You'd help us a great deal if you try it out and report any bugs you find.
So as I see it, the info on the website is absolutely correct:
No official, stable AAX version yet.
Only intel, no support for PowerPC.
So to finally answer the initial question: we don't know.

We're currently working on a maintenance update for all our plugins in the very near future. This will likely include a first stable AAX release of ZebraHZ - if no showstopper bugs mess things up. We'll have to discuss the status and progress of this (internally) next week.AleksPal wrote:how soon can we expect ZebraHZ working with Pro Tools?!

Regarding crashes when changing Presets: It seems, that on some systems, the buffer size of your audio card makes a difference.
Everything < or = 1024 samples seems to work just fine. 2048 samples will crash some systems immediately.
This might serve as a little workaround if you have problems with such crashes. We're still working on a fix for this.
