1. Installed Bazille
2. Used the "Public beta" license info - NO crackle, as expected
3. Bought a Bazille license
4. Uninstalled and then reinstalled and used "my" license info
5. Crackle appeared
6. Reinstalled again and used the "Public Beta" info - Crackle appears again
Hmmm… if you open a fresh instance, does the edit window on top say "registered to …" or does it say "demo mode"? Have you tried restarting your host software?

You don't have to reinstall btw. - just delete the following file to "unregister":

Win: Vstplugins/Bazille.data/Support/com.u-he.Bazille.user.txt
Mac: MacHD/Users/You/Library/App…Support/com.u-he.Bazille.plist

Fair enough, I promise to RTFM next time... Kept thinking they are feedback amount when tweaking blind :dog:

ohh finally Bazille is there and also thanks for the public beta testing key!

will give this a shot definitely!

So, I had a go... all of these use only one single instance of Bazille and nothing else, all modulation happens in the patches, I merely held a key down and recorded what came out.

Congratulations Urs! (and the rest of the U-he team) I know it's been a long road, but it seems you've made it in style. I'm up to my ears in a little project, but I can't wait to get my hands on the beta...

wow those sounds @chokehold has created are awsome.

Great patches everyone, happily playing with Bazille too! :)

Urs, I may found a niggle with the LFO.
I connected it's outputs directly to the AMP to check out the waves and found out that it's got a good dose of aliasing with high speeds. Not sure if this is intentional to preserve CPU or now much it matters when injecting into modulation but just thought to report this...

I'd guess that is intentional... the LFO's are not audio rate...

Oh, but they are...
They go up to about 320 Hz when 0.1 rate is selected and speed knob is maxed.

They can go even higher with extra modulation... about 1K max when modulated with the gate mod for example.

There's a bit on page 27 of the manual:
CV Inputs
Although control-rate modulation targets (LFO and envelope rates / levels, pan) would normally only accept control-rate sources, Bazille includes a pair of inputs that inject any signal you like into the modulation source dropdown menus.
The CV inputs are particularly useful for pre-processed (e.g. added, multiplied, lagged etc.) control-rate sources, but patching audio-rate signals into a CV can also lead to interesting results. Please keep in mind that the CV path is updated much more slowly than audio-rate!
CV rate below audio-rate would explain the aliasing. I was wondering if I could figure out the actual CV control rate (I think it might be higher than the average soft synth?), and all the aural and visual clues suggest this sort of aliasing.

I meant that the sample rate of the LFO's and Env's is lower... they run at control rate, not audio rate...

OK, thanks for the clarifications... also, best I'll begin reading the manual right away! :D

(Again, one key pressed only, no controllers used, all modulation inside the preset.)

This thing is a beast... I'm getting completely lost in the new Bazille!! Thanks Urs and co., awesome job!

I too am a Sonar user and have the issue with inputting the serial no. etc., but just use notepad and copy and paste.

I've only been playing for an hour, but noticed what I think might be a bug. This may already be posted, so pardon if it is. I have an LFO connected to pitch mod, and then disconnect it, and still get the pitch mod. So... LFO still working even thought I've disconnected it. I just tried it on filter cutoff mod, same thing. And, after disconnecting LFO, I can adjust the LFO parameters and hear the adjustments real time, rate, delay, amp mod, etc.
