Diva arp with swing out of sync

Hi there,

using Diva latest version in Cubase 7.5.
Some weird sync issues occur on the arpeggiator with swing applied: arp gets out of sync totally. (arp w/o swing is fine, so swing is the culprit)

Weird, does someone have a similar issue or can help me fix/explain it?
