Hive Seq and Logic Pro

Hello people, i have odd behaviour with Hives seq, some sequencies, as logic loops a section only trigger correctly on first play through, as it loops it changes, its still at the correct tempo, but not at the correct place, i have managed to get it doing what i want on some things by having sync off!, indeed many are better this way, but others dont work, and some just wont play with sync on or off, as it loops or just starts at the first part, it just isnt doing it right, yet others never a problem, Zebra 2 also sometimes starts lets say the lfo filter sweep on an arp half way open when in fact it should always be starting in the closed down phase.

Is there any way to output midi from the sequencer in hive, i know i could copy it, but it should work all the time anyway, so what ever saves time.

In U-he instruments, changing Base Latency to "0 samples" in settings helped me with timing issues in Logic and Live.
