Just downloaded the latest (August) Computer Music from Zinio to find Bazille CM available as a free download. It will also be on the DVD with the print version.
Thanks, CM but, more importantly, thanks Urs!

Basically: Number of oscillators / filters / LFO etc. halved, no HQ mode, no voice stacking, no FX (delay only), less presets.
On the good side: Less CPU usage (because of the above ).

As far I understood it, it's not less cpu since it's the same engine and all components are active all the time. Url said something to that effect but I may be saying it inaccurately.Chris-S wrote:Basically: Number of oscillators / filters / LFO etc. halved, no HQ mode, no voice stacking, no FX (delay only), less presets.

According to Urs on another thread, it's the same that Beatzille (but with more presets, from Computer Music crew). So, the differences are explained on this page: https://www.u-he.com/cms/beatzille

Maybe a typo but that page says only one envelope, sure it has two (images shows two..?)waltercruz wrote:the differences are explained on this page: https://www.u-he.com/cms/beatzille

There is a difference to Beatzille (dll October '15): Tobybear Minihost (yes, I know, it's quite old, but faster to start for instant trying than other hosts...) can't load it. It's the same like with RePro, maybe they use new headers. Have to use SaviHost.

Can you explaing that a bit more in detail? I figured the Fall/Rise knob does exactly that?Yeager wrote:Yes it is, there is no "Range" control as in the tweaks/fx in Bazille.Chris-S wrote:is this correct?

I don't have Bazille but on the pic below you can see that all 4 env have a knob called F/R Range, these are NOT on the Beatzilla/Bazille CM.chk071 wrote:Can you explaing that a bit more in detail?
