Thank you for the patches.

Well, I hate to divert us from the political talk, but here's my "d'oh" moment with this bank.

I saw hakey's post and the great comments so I downloaded the bank. I dropped it right into my Zebra 2 preset folder and gave them a whirl.

They sounded...in a word....awful. They were very quiet and fizzy. There were no sequences running. Terrible. At first, I thought maybe I needed to update Zebra. Nope, I had the latest version. Then, I thought this might be some sort of elaborate joke ("I'm so upset that I made terrible patches" and everyone was playing along).

Then I went back to the original post.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.....these are for DIVA. My bad.

I loaded them into DIVA and they sounded fantastic. Thanks for the gift!

EDIT: I loved the Fluffy Little Clouds patch. I just need to play it over Reich's Electric Counterpoint for the full effect.

First I thought you were joking, but indeed, no error or warning box when loading DIVA patches in Zebra. :borg:

Isn't that weird? This opens up a whole new realm for sound designers. Design a DIVA bank that also makes a good bank when loaded into Zebra. Now, that's a challenge!

This thread had become way too off topic, so I split it. First time I've used the split tool, some comments were certainly ambiguous and I may have done a few mistakes here and there, but d'oh. Get over it.

Simple way to go about from now: Post politics and ideology on appropriate boards and let's keep talking u-he software in our forum and Hakey's soundset in this thread.

hakey,
I'm using a slightly modified bass synth patch from your set in a song I started on last night. Thank you!
