I think the following should result in the mapper and the LFO being in sync, but that doesn't appear to be the case.

Mapper settings:

4 'segments'
ramp clock = 1/1 sync
mode = Map Quantize
mapping source = Ramp1

Main panel:

ramp up = 100 (hold, down, rest = 0)

LFO2, sawtooth, sync =1, mtply = 4

LFO2 modulating eg, filter cutoff

I'm probably doing something wrong, but what?

Edit: setting ramp up = 94 gets closer, probably close enough for practical use, but it drifts out of sync eventually. I'm guessing this isn't intentional?

Interesting. Been a while since I played with ACE. Checking that...
... I can confirm that they slowly drift apart, but 94? 100 is best here. I'll report the bug(ette), but I don't expect a quick fix. For now, it's best to retrigger the note fairly regularly.

Thanks for checking, Howard. Wasn't expecting a quick fix, or any fix. More that I'm wondering if I've done something wrong, which is quite likely.

Can send in a patch if Victor or anybody would like to try it.

Will see if I can replicate in another host.

Seems to be a problem with Live 8.

Behaves as expected in Live 9.
