Updated Mac OS scrambles all of my patches in Zebra

I recently updated the Mac OS to the newest version, and did the same for Logic Pro X. However when I opened Zebra 2 all of my patches on the left side were completely out of order, almost as if someone had dumped the information randomly. The numbers are no longer sequential, some patches are no longer in the folder they belong and so on. I looked in the finder folders and they appear to be fine.

Question 1: Is there any way to rearrange the folders and patches in Zebra? If not, is there a way to delete them in Zebra and reinstall them?

Question 2: I keep reading about a new version of Zebra, is there one and when will it be available?
