The only places where i might change from 64 bits to 32 bits are :

and i've changed all of them. So problem comes from somewhere else i guess.

Are you sure you don't have a left-over, earlier x64 binary lying around somewhere? I would recommend to completely remove your plug-in, then check REAPER so you are sure it doesn't see it anymore, then search all of REAPER's INI files for your plug-in (and remove any traces of it), and then start from scratch.
BTW x86_64 is fully 64-bit, not 32-bit (I guess the x86 part is just Xcode's way of specifying the x64 dialect).
