Mac installer tool

Hey guys, what utility do you use for building Mac installers? (Possible for commercial usage) There are some so I want to know experiences of fellow audio devs. For Windows InnoSetup seems to be best. Do you have any experience of using some multiplatform tools such as http://installbuilder.bitrock.com/index.html ? Thanks!

Is there a way how to install AU to /Library/Audio/Plug-in/ or ~/Library/Audio/Plug-ins using before-mentioned Packages? After few hours of trying and googling I didn't find a way...

Ok. I got it. Create directory hierarchy in Content list in Packages's Payload tab. Add the binary there.
