New Audio API for Windows

The last version of Voicemeeter (virtual audio device mixer for Windows) provides an audio API to let DSP programmers install an audio callback from their application in 3 possible points (Input Insert, Output Insert, Main I/O). see last vb-audio last news...

As first Example, we have build a kind of "APO" working as regular application.
A 8x8 Gain Matrix connected to Output Insert point of Voicemeeter allowing to apply this simple processing to a selected BUS.
