I used wdl-ol for older plug-ins GFM Koch, GFM Distort and GFM Psypan. Now making Dplug, with currently one user that isn't me https://github.com/AuburnSounds/dplug/
Checkout our VST3/VST2/AU/AAX/LV2:

I've been using it for about two years in my modular synthesis project: https://github.com/austensatterlee/VOSIMSynth

I bypassed the graphics solution provided in WDL in favor of GLFW and OpenGL, but I am a big fan of not having to worry about the nitty gritty details of the VST SDK.

I'm using, but I'm yet to publish anything.

That seems to be interesting... You are creating window with GLFW?
