niall moody's step seq isn't working in xt2 sa.
even if i wrap it in xt1.
anyone got tips?

HI,
tried it in xt2, renoise and buzz, and it didnt work in any of these, sorry to say. Renoise found it as an effect.

i don't know why.
i'm trying to make one myself with manual bpm and note on trigger.

i don't have renoise,and doesn't buzz only send midi notes to other polac wrapped vst?
i can't figure how to do it in buzz,so i'm not sure if it's my step seq or not.
anyone else got it working?
i thought it's probably xt2 not handling midi/host sync properly,if i'm wrong and you think it's worth contacting niall to do some bug fixing,please someone let me know.

You can send midi data from a MIDI Vst to any Buzz machine using the additional MIDI Bus plugin provided with PVST. PVST to PVST instances, you just use the MIDI Send option on the right click menu, for PVST to Buzz machines you use the MIDI Bus plugin. Such as in this image:

unless i did something wrong.

here's a pic of a new one i'm making,it's working with midi note on/off triggering atm.
it's only simple,maybe i can add swing later...

try to deactivate "stop process on silence" -right click-preferences.

spacedad that looks cool, maybe when you're finished I can do a skin for it? I've been wanting a usable step sequencer plugin for a while now, and having one that looks the way I would like it to would be awesome.
