Hi
There is no support form on the support page, and I get mail deliver failed message if I try to contact via info@energy-xt.com address.
My query is related to LM loops download - it keeps giving up at about 100-200MB, with a corrupt zip file.
So wondered if it was an issue at their end or mine ..
Is EnergyXT.com website still contactable ?

Actually loops download fine at work - so must be something to do with my home connection.
