Hi,
Long time no see. Anyone use XT2 anymore?
Anyhow:
I got some 60min long wavs that I need to mix but I can't seem to load them into energyXT 2.6 or the 2.7 BETA.
Anyone have problems with long files? Or know if there is a limit to lenght?
best,
Problem: not loading long audio files

Just drag'n'dropped a 1hour 58min long wav file (1,17 GB) to XT2's sequencer without any problem.
Loaded super fast and immediately could start playback. (On Windows 7, 64 bit)
At least sometimes ago XT had problems with 8 bit wav files. Also some wav files just pretend to be wav files but really are mp3 files (see wav files in C:\Windows\Media). XT2 cannot import those.
Check the wav files (bit, sample rate etc. with some program)
Also if the wav files would have more than 2 GB, then XT probably will not be able to load them, because it is a 32bit program...
