Hello,
I've installed energyXT 3.0 and It doesn't start, It immediately crash.
Version 2.7 works perfectly.
I've this problem on two different machine with Win 7 professional sp1, and XEON processor.
I've discovered that If I disable multi-core inside Windows, using msconfig/boot/advanced, and
I set only 1 core, energyXT 3.0 starts without problems.
I saw that inside energyXT.ini there is a new variable "multicore=1", but If I set "multicore=0"
energyXT 3.0 doesn't start anyway.
So I think that the new multi-core support is BUGGY, or at least with XEON processors.
It's not possible to disable multi-core using energyXT.ini?

UPDATE
I've made some test using Win7 sp1 inside a virtual machine and I've discovered
that if you increase the CPU cores of the virtual machine to 10, energyXT doesn't start.
Apparently 9 is the maximum number of cores supported.
