I just wanted to add a couple more links to this amazing fingerprint of the net. – well done! pantsdown. :D

We all know by now about AudioShot for the range of hosting packages geared towards art starting from Free with the ClearShot (for building websites) to very high bandwidth and diskspace hosting. http://audioshot.com

Well the extra couple of links is the second half of audioshot – AudioShots (notice the extra ‘s’) AudioShots is to promote artists from – lots of work being done (site started at the beginning of this year) http://audioshots.com

The other link is the forum aimed at posting music (and images) – but if you don’t have the webspace and all you want to do is post music – you can upload it directly to the forum for free – others don’t even need to register to download and comment on your music – its all free – the forum http://audioshots.com/auditorium/index.php

And the announcement for uploading files (attachments) is http://audioshots.com/auditorium/viewtopic.php?t=28

Best regards,

Spe3d

Thank you, Sir!
There are 3 kinds of people:
Those who can do maths and those who can't.

Impressive list. What about keeping a web page somewhere with this list?
or a word or pdf to carry around ?

2005 pdf on the way. The pdf version is actually the main one - it includes a bit more Protools stuff and some details that are specific to our institution, also some more Australian content. I cut some of that out for the kVr version, which is more aimed at a general/international audience.
Anyway - I'll post up a link to the 2005 pdf when i've finished it.

thanks.
