They say he will make a full recovery from tongue cancer which is good news.

Kinda scarey tough, EVH with his cancer and EVH is two years older than me, Bruce with his cancer and he is one year older than me

Apparently it's a non-story.

The tabloids are saying it's the end of the world as usual, while some of the more reputable papers have said it was caught well in time.

It's a headline that grabs people attention which is their priority I guess.

I had a tiny growth removed from under my eye a couple of years ago; my GP and the specialist I saw couldn't have been more casual about it (waited months for the appointment to see the specialist then months again to have it removed). Turns out it was a BCC, basel cell carcinoma which is probably the most minor kind of skin cancer there is, specialist quipped that a massive proportion of the populace probably have one but just dismiss it as a wart or something and nothing ever happens. However, a couple of weeks later, Hugh Jackaman was in the papers as he had one lopped of his nose "hughs cancer scare" etc etc. Wuss.

Not sure what my point is but all the best to Bruce, sounds like he's going to be ok.

He is one of the greats. A total madman.

The shows he puts on, FLYING 757's for his OWN TOUR

, the pipes, the joy of being in Iron Maiden.

A unique guy that lived the dream. Hopefully, this is not the end.
